Hanyi Lu

Hanyi is a chorister with the Dallas Symphony Children’s Chorus and will be performing Mahler’s “Symphony of a Thousand” with the DSO in May. He adores theatre and has a keen interest in opera, developed after seeing L’Elisir d’Amor at the Wiener Staatsoper in Vienna. Hanyi studies piano at SMU’s Meadows School of the Arts (Piano Preparatory Department) and attends St. Mark’s School of Texas, where he is also a member of the boys’ choir.
