Ticket Information
DISCLAIMER: The Dallas Symphony Orchestra is a resident company of the Meyerson Symphony Center. The DSO may perform at several other venues throughout the concert season. By using a ticket and entering the venue, the ticket holder consents to the venue’s policies. If a ticket holder’s conduct goes against policies, they are subject to removal from the facility without a refund.

Policies
- Patrons of all ages (Including Infants) must have a ticket to enter the performance hall per the Dallas Fire Code
- Children under 4 are not admitted to Classical concerts.
- Misplaced tickets may be reprinted at the box office on the day of the concert with a presentation of I.D. and ticket order.
- All sales are final. No refunds. *
- Ticket exchanges are based on availability. Fees and other charges may apply.
- Tickets resold may be voided without compensation.
- Latecomers are seated in the most accessible seat at the house manager’s discretion.
- Event times, artist and programing are subject to change.
- The use of photographic, audio, or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited.

Exchanges are available to all patrons. For single ticket purchases, there is a $15.00 exchange fee per ticket, plus the price difference if applicable. Full and partial package subscribers are not subject to exchange fees within their current package series but may be subject to any price difference. Choose Your Own subscribers can exchange within their concert weekend. However, if exchanging into a different concert entirely, CYO subscribers will be subject to the $15.00 exchange fee per ticket as well as any price differences. Exchanges and donations must be made at least 2 hours prior to the concert by calling the box office during regular business hours.
The box office is open from
Monday through Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday through Friday, with extended hours until 8:00PM on concert evenings.
Saturday from 10:00AM until 6:00PM, with extended hours until 8:00pm on concert evenings and closed when the DSO is not presenting a concert.
Sunday, from 12:00PM until 3:30PM, and closed when the DSO is not presenting a concert.
- There are no refunds for exchanges made into a lower-priced concert/level.
- If exchanged into a higher-priced concert/level, the price difference will be charged.
- If you are unable to attend a concert and do not wish to exchange for another, you may donate tickets back to the DSO. A tax credit notification letter will be mailed to patrons during the following tax season for the value of the tickets. Donation requests must be made at least 2 hours prior to the concert by calling the box office during regular business hours.
Credit on account is exclusive to DSO Stradivarius patrons. This perk can be used to temporarily hold the value of a ticket until you know what other performance you would like to attend. Tickets must be turned into a credit at least 2 hours prior to the concert time. Credit on account expires at the end of May during any given season and cannot be used for Dining at the Meyerson or transferred to the next season.
Expired credit on account will be marked as a tax-deductible ticket donation.
Credit on account cannot be used towards online ticket purchases. To use your credit on account, you must call the box office at 214-849-4376 during regular business hours.
In the event a concert is cancelled or postponed, ticket buyers will be informed of the change via multiple communication channels as soon as possible. Ticket buyers may then choose from the following ticket options by the communicated deadline:
- Donate tickets back to the DSO: Tax Donation Letter will be sent in January.
- Credit On Account (STRADS ONLY): You will be given a credit on your DSO Account for the value of your tickets. Credit on account must be redeemed for future DSO tickets by the end of the current concert season and cannot be used towards a renewal. On-account credits not redeemed by the end of the season will expire and be considered a tax-deductible donation.
- Request a Refund: Ticket buyers may be entitled to a refund dependent on the circumstances of a concert cancellation or postponement. The DSO will notify patrons of any and all cancellations or postponements via email (or phone if no email is available).
- Postponed concert ticket buyers will be notified of the new performance date/details as soon as possible.
- Cancelled and postponed concert policies are subject to change.
The DSO is not responsible for tickets purchased from third-party websites. Any tickets obtained from sources other than the Dallas Symphony Orchestra Box Office may be considered null and void.
All sales are final. No refunds. Prices are subject to change. Ticket exchanges are based on availability; fees and other charges may apply. Tickets purchased on third party sites are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Tickets are revocable licenses for admission which may be refused for any reason. Tickets resold may be voided without compensation. Latecomers are seated in the most accessible seat at the House Manager’s discretion. Event time, artist, and program are subject to change. No filming, photos, or recording of the event is allowed. Children under 4 may not be admitted (except for Family concerts). By entering and by your presence at the Morton H. Accessing Your Mobile Wallet
1. Login to your Dallas Symphony Account HERE
2. Tap “Access My Mobile Wallet.”
3. When accessing your digital tickets under mobile wallet, tap on a performance to see your upcoming tickets. You should see an “Add to Apple Wallet” button on the bottom left of your ticket. After adding the ticket to your Apple Wallet, the QR code will display approximately 3 hours before the performance.
General FAQ’s
Digital tickets require you to have a smartphone so you can access your tickets in your “mobile wallet.” If you do not have a smartphone, please call 214-849-4376.
No, digital tickets are available in your mobile wallet, which can be accessed under your Dallas Symphony account HERE.
No, do not print your digital tickets. The rotating barcode includes technology that requires it to be viewed live on a screen so that it can be scanned; screenshots or printouts will not be accepted at entry.
Yes, once you accept the tickets you are now the ticket recipient. If you’re unable to use them, you can return them to the person who sent them or share them with someone new.
With digital ticket sharing you’re able to easily share tickets among your party!
- Simply login to your Dallas Symphony account and tap “share tickets”
- Type in the name(s) of those in your party receiving the ticket(s)
- Read and agree to the Terms of Use, and tap “Next.”
- Tap “Share with you guest” icon and send the link to the recipient.
- Ticket sharing is available via text, email or another app of your choice.
- If you need to send the link again, select “share this invite again.”
Yes! Whether you prefer digital or physical tickets, the choice is yours. Please note however that while you currently may not access digital and physical tickets simultaneously, our Guest Services team is here to help you choose the best option.
