DSCC: Mixed Ensemble Assistant Director

Cory D. Curvin’s public performance premiere was at the age of six with his piano rendition of “I’m A Little Teapot,” complete with choreography. A native of Mississippi, he’s been a collaborative pianist for over thirty years.

Cory is a music educator and choral director in Fort Worth and also maintains an active performance schedule throughout North Texas. In addition to his directing and accompanying, he enjoys arranging for choir, piano and handbells. When not in the classroom or performing, Cory works within the music ministry of his church and enjoys road trips, the autumnal holidays, winter sports and collecting Texas historical memorabilia.
