Achia Floyd

Achia Floyd serves as the Chief of Advancement for the Sphinx Organization, in which she oversees development and communications strategy in support of Sphinx’s mission to transform lives through the power of the arts. Before joining Sphinx, Achia launched her development career as an intern for the National Repertory Orchestra and most recently served as Associate Director of Development for the Atlanta Music Project.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance from the Florida State University, a Master of Music degree in Flute Performance from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and a Master of Arts degree in Arts Administration from the Florida State University. Achia serves on the board of the National Flute Association and the LACNA Foundation.
