Traffic Alert for December 13-14

Please be aware that the annual BMW Dallas Marathon will be taking place Saturday, December 13 to Sunday, December 14. To avoid disruptions due to street closures, we recommend accessing the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center via the Woodall Rodgers Freeway Service Road. For a full list of street closures, please review this Traffic Guide.

The following road closures will be in effect these dates:

Ross Avenue, from Greenville Avenue to San Jacinto Street
San Jacinto Street, from Ross Avenue to Field Street
Field Street, from San Jacinto Street to Ross Avenue

Valet Parking

  • Available near the Meyerson Entrance on Flora St.
  • Accessible valet available at HALL Arts Valet Circle (lower level). Enter from Pearl & Munger or Woodall Rodgers service road.
  • Payment: cash, card, or DSO pre-paid vouchers.

HALL Arts Parking Garage

  • Seven-level underground garage in the Dallas Arts District.
  • DSO parking on Levels 5–7; accessible spaces on Levels 4–7.
  • Multiple elevators with covered access.
  • Payment: card and pre-paid DSO voucher

Elevator Access

  • Accessible patrons should be dropped off at Flora St. entrance or Valet Circle before parking.
  • Use Crockett (Cathedral) Elevators (Levels P4–P7 → press P3 → Symphony Walkway → lower-level Meyerson entrance).

Other Parking Options

  • 1900 Pearl Garage – Accepts cards, cash and DSO vouchers.
  • One Arts Plaza Lot – Located at Flora & Routh. Accepts mobile payment. Short walk to Meyerson.
  • 2508 Ross Ave Lot – Five-minute walk; cost-effective option.

  • DART Bus: Stop at Pearl & Ross (1 block away).
