Micah Ringham
Hailing from New Zealand and the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, Micah Ringham found her way to the USA in 2004 to study violin performance at Interlochen Arts Academy. After completing degrees at the Cleveland Institute of Music and Rice University, she moved to Boston in 2013 and began shifting from performance to arts administration, pursuing a second Masters in Arts Administration from Boston University. Micah joined the staff of the Boston Symphony in 2016, working first for the orchestra library before spending three fruitful years with the Chorus Department. During her time with the BSO, she served as the first ever Boston Symphony Children’s Choir coordinator, helping to launch the program alongside Chorus Director James Burton. Away from the office, you can find Micah running, drinking iced coffee, and spending time in the mountains.
