Daniel Norwood

Tenor

Daniel joined the Dallas Symphony Chorus at the beginning of their 2019-2020 season. He graduated from Harding University in 2019 with degrees in Music and Computer Science and is currently working as a software developer in Plano. While in school, Daniel had several opportunities as a tenor soloist, including performances with the Harding Chamber Singers and while on tour with the Harding Chorus throughout Germany, the Netherlands, and the UK. More notable solo performances include Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana in the spring of 2018 with the Harding Chorus and a lead role in the university’s production of the musical Big Fish in the fall of 2018. Outside of the symphony, Daniel is an active member of his church’s worship team and enjoys traveling the world (when there isn’t a worldwide pandemic).
