Event Space Rentals

Surrounding the Eugene McDermott Concert Hall is an expansive lobby space with several distinct areas for your event – the Renaissance Foyer, the Loge Terrace and the Hart Symphony Suites. The event spaces are elegantly constructed of marble floors and rails, stainless steel, limestone, glass and onyx features and can accommodate events from 18 guests to 1600.

Lobby Areas

The main lobby boasts 24,000 square feet with a 50-foot ceiling height providing a soaring, elegant architectural backdrop for your event. In addition to the Renaissance Foyer, the Loge Terrace, an extension of the Loge Level, provides two distinct seating areas plus a dramatic view of the city and the main floor. The Loge Terrace is a great area for additional lounges or VIP areas.

Hart Symphony Suites

The Hart Symphony Suites include four distinct rooms for meeting spaces, private receptions or small weddings. The full suite is available for rentals or you can rent Horchow Hall and Hart Atrium only.

  • Hart Atrium: 80 (reception), 40 (seated dinner)
  • Anita Sampels Suite: 30 (reception), 20 (seated dinner)
  • Brierley Suite: 20 (reception), 18 (seated dinner)

Rental Rates

The base rental for lobby space (no activity in hall) includes a six (6) hour block for your event including move-in, event and move out.

  • Lobby Rental: $3500
  • Non-Profit Rate: $2500

Additional hours are available at a $1000 (standard) and $500 (non-profit) per hour with a two (2) hour minimum.

The base rental for lobby space (no activity in hall) plus the full Hart Symphony Suites includes a six (6) hour block for your event including move-in, event and move out.

  • Lobby + Hart Symphony Suites: $4500
  • Non-Profit Rate: $3200

Additional hours are available at a $1200 (standard) and $650 (non-profit) per hour with a two (2) hour minimum.

The base rental for the full Hart Symphony Suites includes a six (6) hour block for your event including move-in, event and move out.

  • Non-Profit Rate: $1400

Additional hours are available at a $200 (standard) and $150 (non-profit) per hour.

The Horchow Hall and Hart Atrium are available for day use only.

  • Non-Profit Rate: $1000

IMPORTANT NOTE:  Anita Sampels Suite and Brierley Suite are not available for standalone rentals.
