Carmen Menza

Carmen Menza is a visual artist and composer concentrating on technology, light based work and public art installations. Her works have been featured in Dallas, TX at the Perot Museum of Nature and Science, SOLUNA Festival, Dallas AURORA Biennial, Carneal Simmons Contemporary Art, Dallas International Film Festival, Dallas VideoFest and KERA. Her light based work is part of the permanent collection at UTSW Clements University Hospital, Dallas, TX and the McKinney Avenue Contemporary Museum, Dallas, TX. She is a Cedars Union Cohort 1 alumna in their studio artist program, a TACA New Works Fund grant recipient and an Arts Activate 2020/City of Dallas Office of Arts & Culture grant recipient. She received her BFA in jazz guitar performance from the University of North Texas.
