A native to Texas, Just Box got his culinary footing in the small city called Richardson. Having worked for some of the top players in Dallas, Such as Stephen Pyles, Randal Copeland, and Dean Fearing, Box has created his own interpretation of what creativity looks like for him. From fine dining in San Francisco, where he completed culinary school at the California Culinary Academy in 2003, to farm to table cooking in deep South Dallas, TX. Box has gone on to opening and helping to curate some of the finest menus in Dallas, such as Cafe Momentum, The Cafe at Bonton Farms, Cedars Social and Lockwood Distilling Co. Justin spends his present days doing private dining only along with cooking for a plethora of national music talents, sports players, comedians, actors, etc… but forever remaining true to his craft.
