A stunning program that features Ravel’s daring Boléro. Also on the program is Samuel Coleridge-Taylor’s rhapsodic violin concerto featuring violinist Elena Urioste, whose lightness of tone and tenderness paired with just the right amount of charisma reveals the rhapsodic character of this concerto.
