The Concert Truck, presented by the DSO, will travel citywide, bringing music to 30+ iconic Dallas locations including <strong>Klyde Warren Park<\/strong>, <strong>Knox Street <\/strong>and <strong>NorthPark Center<\/strong>. Each 60-minute, family-friendly concert is free to attend with the mobile stage visiting neighborhoods, schools, shopping centers, parks, restaurants, residential communities and healthcare settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Performances kick off on <strong>Wednesday<\/strong>, <strong>May 17<\/strong>, at <strong>The Landon at Lake Highlands<\/strong> (<strong>2:30pm<\/strong>) and the <strong>Highland Park Library<\/strong> (<strong>6:15pm<\/strong>). Since their first visit to Dallas during the 2020 holiday season, The Concert Truck and DSO musicians have provided a way for communities to experience and enjoy over 200 performances around the Metroplex, most recently in Fall 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe are thrilled to partner once again with The Concert Truck, continuing our ability to bring fantastic music out of the Meyerson and into Dallas communities,\u201d said <strong>Kim Noltemy<\/strong>, Ross Perot President &amp; CEO of the Dallas Symphony. \u201cOur time with The Concert Truck remains a programming highlight and I hope to see many faces \u2013 new and familiar \u2013 this summer at our performances.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each event will feature Dallas Symphony Orchestra musician small configurations \u2013 from solo violin to brass combo. Additionally, The Concert Truck created an online children\u2019s show in partnership with the Four Seasons Chamber Music Festival that has been presented to over 55,000 students in North Carolina schools.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Concert Truck launched in April 2016, giving eight performances in five days throughout the city of Columbia, South Carolina.
