The Dallas Symphony Orchestra is considered one of the major orchestras in the United States, and our mission is to inspire and change lives through musical excellence. This mission is supported by a foundation that is built on a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

The DSO’s three-pronged commitment leads with equity by acknowledging where inequities exist and effectively equipping people with what they need to ensure equal opportunity for everyone to thrive.
